• All custom orders require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
• Once production begins for custom or logo bags, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are exclusive of GST and shipping charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom bags is 100 pieces.

• Logos, artwork, and designs shared by clients for production purposes remain the sole property of the respective client.
• The Flymust Bag House logo, branding, and all website content are proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or any order placed shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
